About the service
Qarar is a bilingual business podcast and editorial platform publishing audio and video episodes, articles, and a newsletter, with comments and reactions for registered users. The service is operated by the Emboard team.
Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to create an account, comment, or subscribe to the newsletter. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or close any account that is abused or violates these terms.
User content
You retain ownership of comments and applications you submit, and grant Qarar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, moderate, and promote them in connection with the show and related content. Hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content, doxxing, and material you don't own are prohibited. We may hide or remove any comment at our discretion.
Guest appearances
Submitting a guest application does not guarantee an episode. If we record with you, a separate release is signed covering the recording, imagery, and use of your name.
Intellectual property
Episodes, transcripts, articles, artwork, logos, and design are owned by Qarar / Emboard. Personal, non-commercial sharing with clear attribution is allowed. Commercial republication requires prior written permission.

Guest opinions are their own and do not represent Qarar. External links are provided for further reading and do not constitute an endorsement; we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Newsletter & notifications
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email or the unsubscribe page. Browser push notifications can be turned off from your browser settings.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping, abusive request patterns, attempts to bypass security or access controls, and reverse-engineering any part of the service are prohibited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with disputes handled by the competent courts in Riyadh, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted to the user by their local law.

We may update these terms when needed. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
