We collect the data you voluntarily submit through guest applications, contact messages, and newsletter subscriptions: name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, and any notes you write.

Why we collect it
To review guest applications, respond to messages, and send the newsletter. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Retention
Guest applications are retained for 24 months and then deleted. Contact messages are deleted within 12 months unless they become an ongoing conversation. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe.
Hosting & jurisdiction
Data is hosted with an encrypted cloud provider, with EU residency where available, encrypted in transit and at rest.

You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion by emailing alaa@emboard.io.
